Overwatch’s Winter Wonderland Event Returns Next Week

Since the game launched in May of last year,   Overwatch has continued to develop its playerbase with new personalities, cosmetics, and a continuing focus on particular limited run occasions, with the next in-game occasion to begin right around the holidays.

Blizzard Entertainment has shown that the Winter Wonderland holiday event for Overwatch has been set to return on December 12th, 2017, and can offer lots of new goodies for players to enjoy this holiday season. This will consist of legendary skins along with the skins previously published for year’s event.

Mei’s Snowball Offensive may also come back from this past year, which pits two groups of Meis against each other at a snowball fight-style conflict. Another new mode will be added known as Yeti Hunt, in which a team of five Meis lead the charge from an Yeti Winston and must hunt him down until he becomes abbreviated. The Ecopoint: Antarctica map is in the mix together with the black Forest stadium, combined with winterized variations of many of the game’s paths.

Overwatch is accessible now for PS4, Xbox One, along with PC – you can take a look at the Most Current Developer Update from Blizzard under for a look at what’s in store for the Upcoming in-game event:
