According to Frontier Developments, this beta will probably go live on January 25, providing players an idea of everything’s to emerge.
The seasons match with the evolution of the game, where Frontier Developments builds large portions of the game in pieces and releases them with larger grandeur than just an upgrade.
The beta will give players the shift to perform Missions, which provides team-based objectives for players to compete. Players can overcome many barriers while sharing rewards and experiences with teammates.
It wouldn’t be a Elite Dangerous upgrade with no new ship being added to the mixture. The beta (and ultimate update) features the newest Chieftain, an Alliance warship, which may be seen below. The new GalNet Audio feature is another big addition, making the ever-immersive distance flight simulator much more immersive. Keep current with all the latest news in the galaxy in the comfort of your cockpit. No more having to land a channel to listen to the latest. In accordance with Frontier, the new GalNet Audio feature is “bringing the ongoing narrative to the foreground at a dangerous time for humankind’s pilots. ”
Chapter One also includes lots of improvements: gameplay mechanisms, the offense and punishment method, enhanced planet rendering, an overhaul to mission tweaks and rewards to engineering. Trading will also be smoother going forward. In accordance with Frontier, the “galactic market is now more freely available, allowing every commander to become a master merchant as they travel among the stars. ”
Elite Dangerous: Beyond – Chapter One is intended to release on PS4, Xbox One and PC in Q1 2018 as a free upgrade to the first game. The final upgrade in April added tons of new features, such as multi-crew co-op, an avatar founder and much more.
