Muv-Luv Creator Would Like to Work With International Creatives on Stories Set in their Countries

The Muv-Luv series extends Far beyond Muv-Luv and Muv-Luv Alternative that have been released at the west. Not only it spans a  somewhat extensive timeline, but it also touches several areas of its war-torn globe, from Japan to East Germany, also from the United States into Egypt.

Yet, the series’ founder Koki Yoshimune would love to make it even more international with the aid of its lovers, as he informed DualShockers through a recent interview at Ixtl’s headquarters in Akihabara, Tokyo.

Yoshimune-san clarified the franchise was made about fifteen years before, and it was originally targeted at youthful Japanese gamers. He was really amazed that the series’ popularity expanded all over the Earth, and is now inspiring the young generations outside Japan.

The setting itself is not particular to Japan, and Muv-Luv stories could be set in many different regions. That’therefore Yoshimune-san will be expecting to see gifted creators in each nation step ahead to create Muv-Luv stories set in their own regions.

He’d love to one day be in a position to cooperate with young musicians and creatives from all over the world in creating their own nations’ Muv-Luv tales.

Needless to say, you can look forward to the full interview, that’ll be printed shortly here on DualShockers.
