Should you’re a lover of this MotoGP series and you’ve been wondering if you’ll be able to get your hands on another entry in the series then wonder no more. Developer Milestone has announced just that, MotoGP18, and also for the first time, this series will soon be hitting on Nintendo Switch.
While not much is known about the name, it was revealed that the game may consist of content from the real life 2018 MotoGP season and it will include “exclusive improved attributes” from its previous entries, although what exactly those features have yet to be disclosed.
While speaking about the entry from the franchise, Matteo Pezzotti, Lead Designer at Milestone, had this to say:
“MotoGP™18is set for a reboot of our flagship title, with the intent of supplying the greatest and purest MotoGP™ expertise to all fans. This namemarks the introduction of the series about the Unreal Engine, a jump forward in terms of technological innovation, ensuring amazing improvements in the visual quality, realistic and striking lighting effects and entirely reworked physics: thanks to a realistic physics simulation, the game faithfully reproduces all the distinctive behavior of these bikes, thus reducing the gap between fiction and reality, while still making it available also to casual gamers throughout the debut of driving tutorials and aids. Additional information about the technological features will be unveiled soon, but with all these new advancements our aim is to offer our fans a realistic and immersive MotoGP™ experience.”

The Nintendo Switch version of the title will be released sometime after the above console launch, however, an specific launch date for the game was not provided.
