Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead: The Final Season Key Art Revealed; Debuting Later This Year

Because it surfaced in 2012, Telltale Games’ acclaimed The Walking Dead series brought players to the story of Clementine as she awakens and outlasts a post-apocalyptic world, and now her story will probably come to its completion after this year.

Telltale Games given a look at The Walking Dead: The Final Season using all the newly-revealed key artwork, which shows Clementine in a much older age compared to when she was just a young girl, together with (presumably) AJ, the young boy who debuted at the series’ second season she swore to guard. Notably, the artwork is also a spectacular callback into the key art from the very first season of The Walking Dead that showed Lee along with Clementine in an identical pose.

In addition to the key art show, Telltale also confirmed that The Final Season will debut later this season (as previously verified by the studio once the game was declared last year), though a very first appearance at the last chapter of this series will launch in the forthcoming PAX East following weekend in Boston through a panel on Friday, April 6 at 12:30pm ET (that is livestreamed for audiences at home).

The Walking Dead: The Final Season will arrive after this year.
