Revival Productions, a studio composed of former Descent programmers, was working on Overload, a sci-fi tunnel shooter, for the last few years, hitting Historical Access in March of 2017 following an effective crowdfunding campaign on KickStarter. Now, Revival Productions released a separate trailer for the game and revealed that Overload will be publishing PC on May 31.
Like Descent, Overload gives players have six-degrees-of-freedom motion to learn more about the game’s labyrinthine degrees. All in all, the game has been set to comprise over fifteen degree adorned with items such as lava, forcefields, enemy ambushes, and secret rooms. As it comes out of Early Access, Overload may acquire a Challenge mode and internet multiplayer.
Overload even supports VR, and is connected with both an Oculus Rift and also an HTC Vive. After launching, Revival Production will launch a Level Editor for players to mess up with. If you would like to try the game out, however don’t need to pick this up on Early Access, you can try out a new playable teaser of the game at no cost on Steam.

According to the developers, launching on all three platforms would be tough due to their team due to the game’s multiplayer mode, therefore Revival Productions is shooting some additional time to check and finalize the console variants.
