The Banner Saga Brings the First Chapter of the Trilogy to Nintendo Switch Next Week

The epic strategy series The Banner Saga is coming to a close with all the game’s third and last chapter this summer, however for those that have to jump into the series the franchise’s first chapter is coming to the Nintendo Switch only on the horizon.

On the game’s Twitter page, author Versus Evil and developer Stoic Games have announced that The Banner Saga — the very first in the plan RPG trilogy — will be available for Nintendo Switch owners on May 17th, 2018. The game will save on Switch for $19.99, also pre-orders because of it are now available on the Nintendo Switch eShop.

The game’s Switch release was previously announced during a of Nintendo’s indie concentrated demonstrations, alongside the news the series’ third and second chapters will also be coming to the stage this year. Given that the series focuses on player decisions and choices, acquiring all 3 available on a single platform will definitely be an incentive for players to catch up over the past two games before the final installment, The Banner Saga 3, debuts in July.
