There’s been a good deal of Attack on Titan news from the last couple of months, including the statement of this anime’s season and the game’s new Expulsion Mode. Koei Tecmo has no intention of letting the ball drop on the Titan-hype train, so Attack on Titan 2 rips and roars its way to the limelight with the addition of yet another new mode for keen Titan-killing cadets.
In addition to this already-present Expulsion Mode, Annihilation Mode, also Predator Mode, the newest Showdown Mode is currently readily available for players to encounter themselves. Showdown Mode is going to be a 1v1 encounter where players have been tasked with dishing out the most damage to their opponents over the time limit to win. At the beginning of the game, Titans from the field is going to be related to teams; if you kill a Titan of the opposing team, then you’ll take down some of your opponent’s health. But if you capture one of your own Titans, you’ll be able to revive a little of your own wellbeing in the process. If you’d like to find a preview of this activity, check out the preview below.
To access Showdown Mode, pick Another Mode. From that point, go to the white tent to the ideal side, and you’ll be able to access the new Multiplayer Mode in an NPC with a globe icon, where you are able to select the mode you wish to perform.
Attack on Titan 2 is currently accessible for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PS Vita and PC.
