Sea of Thieves’ First Major Content Update The Hungering Deep Coming May 29th

Today Rare and Microsoft announced the release date for Sea of Thieves‘ initial major content update.

The update is currently called  The Hungering Deep and it will be published on May 29th, meaning that it’s less than two weeks away.

Together with the statement, we receive a trailer speaking about giant sea creatures, early seafarers, sacrifices, that will be some genuinely intriguing stuff, even if we haven’t heard or seen about the gameplay simply yet. Hopefully, this usually means this is heavily story-driven content and Unusual doesn’t want to spoil it.

While we wait to hear (and possibly observe) longer, you may enjoy the trailer below. If you want to learn more about the game, then you  must definitely read our review.

Sea of Thieves is currently available for Xbox One and Windows 10. In case you haven’t got the game yet, you can   gab the Xbox One variant on Amazon. You can even get the game as part of an Xbox Game Pass subscription.
