Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Multiplayer Demo Details More About Specialists and New Gear Category

PlayStation Live from E3 2018 saw a demonstration of Treyarch’s upcoming Call of Duty Black Ops 4 and linking the demonstration was David Vonderhaar out of Treyarch to describe some of the features players will get to see when the game launches.

We’re shown some multiplayer in-game footage to start, and also Vonderhaar describing the programmers have taken the Specialists they began in Call of Duty Black Ops 3 and reconstructed or reimagined them with Experts being a major focus of the game. It’s today more strategic with matches now being 5v5 instead of 6v6.

Vonderhaar explains that lots of features are still going to be undamaged, such as wild cards along with attachments, however, the Specialists bring a different playing style which may slow the pace of this game. Matches will also only allow one Specialist type per staff and recovery is its mechanic today. A medic course will allow players to heal others in the match with players currently being in control of when they heal instead of the auto-regeneration that we ’re employed too in previous names. Instead of having 100% wellbeing, players may also have 150% wellbeing as regular.

Fog of war has been added and a lot more are coming into Call of Duty Black Ops 4. The Select 10 system is returning and will offer “super chunky options ” –as Vonderhaar chose to describe them as– through a new class named Gear that will permit high powered gear such as armor, stem packs, and more to be outfitted. You’ll also be able to assign attachments that are unique to every weapon rather than having attachments which are universal to every weapon in the game.

Blackout as well as the newest Zombies are also mentioned but not much was revealed about it because of Treyarch wanting to disclose details in a later date. We do know some facts about the Battle Royale style Blackout, along with also facts regarding Zombies. You can watch the whole movie below and see the way the game appears in addition to hearing what Vonderhaar has to say.
